How long does my order take to ship?

We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives safely, and all orders are processed within 2-3 days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

With the exception of stationary items (which are shipped second class via Royal Mail), all items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48,at present we only ship within the United Kingdom. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of Royal Mail. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by Royal Mail.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the surprise nature of Blind Date With a Book items, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product , then please contact us within 48hrs of delivery, providing your order number , a description of the problem and clear photographs of the issue. If your claim is accepted , we will offer a replacement or refund and provide return instructions if needed.

Return shipping is non refundable. Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery is confirmed.
